David and Simon founded Blair West in January 2019 with a vision to offer a unique recruitment service to high-growth, private equity-backed businesses. Focused on building a culture where top recruitment talent thrives, they navigated challenges like the Covid-19 crisis, achieving 94% income growth and expanding the team to 12.
As the business scaled, they refurbished their offices, grew the team to 20, and reached their 100th client. By year three, Blair West saw a further 75% growth, solidifying their commitment to both clients and staff.
